Water & Sewer Service – Meters are read and billed by the City of Ladysmith. Billing is done on a quarterly basis.  A late payment charge of 1% per month will be added to bills not paid within twenty one days of issuance. Garbage & Recycling - The City of Ladysmith provides solid waste pickup for city residents and businesses. For more information on solid waste please click here. For more information on recycling please click here.

Licensing of Cats - is required. Current proof of rabies vaccination is required at the time of licensing. You can obtain a license at City Hall any time throughout the year. 

Licensing of Dogs– is required. Current proof of rabies vaccination is required at the time of licensing.  You can obtain a license at the City Hall in the month of January.  After that date, a license may be obtained through the Rusk County Clerk’s office located at the Courthouse in Ladysmith. .
